Judy combined her sewing talents and creative juices to produce a beautiful unique blouse.
She started with an off-the-rack blouse with design elements that she liked. Judy was drawn to the front yoke placket and blousy comfortable fit. Judy decided to use a drapey rayon animal border print, which she acquired from Peggy, a long-time past member. She matched the border for the sleeves and body and made bell sleeves from a different shirt pattern to show off the border print. Judy's daughter Megan found the brass buttons in Judy’s stash and thought they would be perfect, and she was right.
The icing on the cake is the pintuck fabric Judy created for the yoke placket.
Well done, Judy! Wow!
